Ian Beling

Coach Beling is currently in his fourth season leading the program at Rocky Hill High School, bringing a deep background in Connecticut lacrosse. After playing at Cheshire High School and moving on to compete at Eastern Connecticut State, an injury shifted his focus toward coaching, starting with two seasons as an assistant at his alma mater. He later helped the Meriden Co-op successfully jump from a club team to the Varsity level while pursuing his career in teaching. Beyond the sidelines, he’s been a certified high school official since 2017, keeping busy officiating games year-round from the winter start up, regular season, and through summer tournaments. He’s passionate about using his experience as a player, coach, and ref to help his athletes grow both on and off the field.
