Refund Policy
Team Connecticut Lacrosse Club is a competitive year-round lacrosse club. Our expectation is if with you are committing to us each July to train and compete then, in turn, we are committing to you. Our programming, tournaments, coaches, facilities & uniforms are secured well in advance. That said, if you do not attend a schedule event there is no refund available.
However...
If ANY training program is canceled due to low enrollment or for any other circumstance you will receive a full refund without a service fee charge.
The first $500 payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. Each season that passes is considered an attended season by our players and their are no refunds or prorated costs moving forward.
Once April 1 comes and goes there is no summer team refund.
All uniform orders are done online through our vendor and uniforms are shipped directly to each players home. We typically have a few uniform orders each year.
Refund after a program begins
There will be no refunds after the start of a program. If you decide that you are no longer interested in playing and moving on to another club, job, not playing lacrosse anymore etc, there is no refund.
Injury prior to event or season
There is no refund for injured players prior to a scheduled event
Hotel Refunds
Please exercise caution when booking hotel rooms as tournaments can and will reschedule / change dates on us last minute. Parents and players are on their own when this happens. Team CT will not refund for losses resulting from hotel changes.
