Alexa Alchimio

Alexa Alchimio has been a member of the Team CT coaching staff since 2023, primarily coaching youth girls in Grades 5 and 6 while also assisting with the high school teams.  She played collegiate lacrosse at Southern Connecticut State University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  Outside of coaching, Alexa is an elementary school teacher in the New Haven Public Schools district.  She is passionate about helping athletes grow in their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game, and is proud to be part of the Team CT family.
