Adam Vernon

Adam’s high school career he played football and lacrosse for Cheshire high school. As an attackman, Vernon helped Cheshire win back-to-back Class L state lacrosse titles (2023-24)… earned All-State and All-Conference lacrosse honors in 2024… earned All-Conference football honors as a linebacker in 2023… played club lacrosse for Prime Time.
