Kaylee Drobish

Coach Kaylee is excited to enter her second season with Team CT. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Kaylee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before completing her Master’s degree in Management in 2025. During her time at ECSU, she was a dual-sport athlete, competing for both the Warriors Women’s Lacrosse and Field Hockey programs.  After graduating, Kaylee served as an Assistant College Coach at the NCAA Division III level. She is passionate about fostering a love for the game in young athletes while helping them build confidence, leadership, and strong character both on and off the field. Through her positive and supportive coaching style, Kaylee is committed to helping each player reach their full potential!”
