Joe Paul

Team CT coach Joe Paul has been a member of the coaching staff since 2018, working with a wide range of age groups at both the youth and high school levels. In addition to his club coaching experience, he serves as the head coach of the Sheehan High School girls lacrosse team.  Education has always been central to Joe’s career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, a master’s degree in Health Education, and a sixth-year degree in Education Foundations.  Since 1999, he has worked as a Physical Education teacher at Pond Hill Elementary School.  Joe is proud to coach for Team CT, a program built on a strong family atmosphere where coaches support and connect with every player.  For him, the most rewarding part of coaching is building meaningful relationships and lasting connections with his athletes.
