Four-time CT Coach of the year 2001/2002/2010/2017, Cheshire HS Varsity Head Coach since 1998 (retired 2019), CHSCA Gatorade Coach of the Year 2002, National Coach of the Year 2002 & 2017. Coach P was honored as the 2018 US Lacrosse CT Coach Of The Year and a finalist for the US Lacrosse National Coach Of The Year.
